By the end of high school, John was building homes from the ground up. He has 19 years of a wide range of professional building and contracting experience — including residential remodels, restaurant build outs, and large ~250,000 square-foot warehouse buildings. From 2004—2011, John owned a general contracting firm focused on restaurants, new homes, additions, and remodels. He then partnered with the restaurant group Element Collective where he built nineteen restaurants, remodeled apartment buildings, and built new single family homes. He has been a critical part of the building team for many new projects since starting Integrus with his business partners in 2017. John is especially motivated to help clients truly thrive in the hospitality industry by providing them with a trust worthy partnership and all the expertise they deserve.
